Request deletion
DMS users can request deletion of their account and associated clinic data using the email link below.
What data can be deleted?
- User login account and profile details.
- Clinic profile and staff access data.
- Patient records entered in DMS.
- Appointments, visits, reminders, and payment workflow data.
- Uploaded prescriptions, X-rays, and clinic photos where legally and operationally possible.
Data we may need to retain
Some data may be retained where required for medical record obligations, billing, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, backup recovery, or other legitimate operational reasons.
Verification
To protect clinic and patient records, deletion requests must be verified before processing. Please send the request from your registered email address and include your clinic name or clinic ID.
