DMS is a dental clinic management tool for managing patients, appointments, visits, payments, prescriptions, X-rays, photos, reminders, and clinic staff workflows.

2. Authorized use

DMS should only be used by clinic owners and authorized clinic staff. Users must keep login credentials secure and must not access or attempt to access another clinic's data.

3. Clinic responsibility

The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into DMS, appropriate staff access, patient consent where required, and compliance with applicable medical, privacy, billing, and professional obligations.

4. Medical disclaimer

DMS does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions must be made by qualified dental professionals.

5. Data and privacy

Use of DMS is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Users must handle clinic and patient data responsibly and only for legitimate clinic care and administration.

6. Misuse

Users must not misuse the app, upload illegal content, share unauthorized data, attempt to bypass security, interfere with the app, or use DMS in violation of applicable laws.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as DMS improves. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the latest version.
