1. App name and developer
DMS, also known as Dental Management System, is a clinic management application developed by Karthik Raja for dental clinic workflow management.
2. Data we collect
DMS may collect and store the following data entered by clinic owners or authorized clinic staff:
- Clinic profile information such as clinic name and staff roles.
- User account information such as name, email address, role, and authentication details.
- Patient information such as name, age, phone number, appointment details, medical history, complaints, visit notes, treatment details, and follow-up details.
- Uploaded clinical files such as prescription photos, X-rays, dental photos, and before/after images.
- Billing and payment workflow records such as OP fees, treatment charges, medication fees, pending payments, and payment status.
- Technical and security records needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the app.
3. How we use data
We use data only to provide DMS clinic management features, including patient record management, appointment management, clinic queue management, visit history, file uploads, reminders, payment tracking, staff management, app security, and support.
4. Health and patient data
DMS is a tool for dental clinics. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical decisions must be made by qualified dental professionals. Patient health-related data is used only for clinic care and administration by authorized clinic users.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal, clinic, patient, authentication, payment, or health data. Data may be processed by service providers used to operate the app, such as database, authentication, hosting, file storage, and email services. Data may also be disclosed when legally required.
6. Security
DMS uses secure backend services, authentication, access controls, and encrypted network communication where supported. Clinic owners and staff are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and only giving access to authorized personnel.
7. Data retention
Clinic and patient records may be retained while the clinic uses DMS. Some records may need to be retained for medical, billing, legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons. When deletion is requested, we will review and process the request where legally and operationally possible.
8. Account and data deletion
Users can request account and related data deletion from inside the app under Legal & Account → Delete Account & Data, or from the public deletion page below.
